Expedient contact with information every step of the way. Eg. … More When the evaluation would be, if there were delays beyond their control and why, multiple contact avenues if any questions or concern, and immediate notice if anything needed to be addressed and was addressed promptly. Such kindness, attention, and excellent workmanship. As for me I am confident in the work, process,and excellent customer service and am grateful to have been able give this report. Product, work, and service all warranted. And I have no connection with this business other than customer. Thanks for this opportunity to show my appreciation.

Great friendly customer service. Prompt and on time, the roof looks great. No litter left in the yard. I did not find one roofing nail in the yard. Would recommend them for all your roofing, needs. Hard to beat their warranty.

During a heavy rain, we noticed the brick in our carport was getting wet.. We called Gutapfel Roofing Company . Within two days, they sent two men out to inspect the problem. They diagnosed that the flashing around the fireplace needed … More some repair and caulking. They did the work on the spot and we are very happy with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for any type of roofing problem.

I recently had a leak, that I thought was in my roof and it was coming through my bathroom ceiling. I feared that I may need a new roof as the roof is 20 years old. Gutapfel Roofing sent two professionals out to assess the situation and … More although they could have sold me a whole new roof, they did not. They ascertained that the problem was a window above the bathroom that had not been properly sealed and they proceeded to seal it. I am happy to report that even with the torrential down pours we had over the weekend, the bathroom ceiling was dry. Thank you Gutapfel Roofing! I will be calling you when I need the roof replaced!
